Top Polytechnic for IVP (Institute Varsity Polytechnic) Games 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2nd in 2009.

Our club consists of 70 athletes currently. Our events range from short distances to long distances and field events. We have trainings twice a week which increases as we approach the competition season. We compete mainly in the IVP (Inter-Varsity Polytechnic) Games & the POL-ITE Games. Track and Field Club is all about perseverance and determination. Every NP athlete trains as a team, fights as a team and eventually wins as a team. Furthermore, we want to nurture our members to be able to do ordinary work extraordinary, always go beyond whats expected and adding integrity to every action.

HeYA my dear NP TRACK & FIELD FAMILY!!

IVP 07/08 dates are out!! 20th(Sat), 24th(Wed), 27th(Sat) OCT 2007!!

**2 representatives for each event.

**2 reserves for each event. (excluding the reprsentatives)

**Each person can participate up to 3 events. (max)

ii understand that trainings r indeed tough at times(in fact is ALWAYS!) but 'noo pain, noo gain'.. KEEP GOING!!
ii believe we r training hard for months to achieve a common goal.

Our effort, sweat, injuries and even more will be paid off with productive achievements at our BIG day - OUR IVP!!
Believe in yourself! Believe Uu can doo well if Uu really train up.

ii understand how Uu feel. ii have experienced all these before and even now.
ii doo feel very bad that sometimes ii m soo lazy and restless at trainings. ii really wish to train hard and achieve well but ii doo have 'low-siaox' times too. but ii m truly deeply grateful to the coach, seniors, committee and everyone for encouraging and guiding me in track. Uu guys made me to who ii m today!! from a silly gal who does not have any experiences in track and run like weird sotong.. to a still as silly but very siaox gal who's arm swings don't swing like driving a steering wheel anymore.. =)
