ONE MORE LAP TO GO!

Hello guys and gurls, we've come so far, we've been through all the tough trainings together, encourgaging one another as well as cheering for one another. I hope all these will not come to a waste. Let's not let the coach and the team down yupp. Results for day 1 and day 2 was very good. But, thats not all, we still have the final show down on saturday. No matter what, we'll just have to give it all and fight for the title of BEST POLY together alright. All of us have to play a part for this to happen, so we'll give our bestest best and most importantly dont disappoint ourselves and our own expectations.

NOTE:
1. Please take good care of urself and rest well for the next 2 days because the finals' gonna be a tough and tiring one. Thus, be it cheering or running, we'll need lots of energy. Especially for those who have multi events on that day, please rest well okay!

2. Drink lots of PLAIN water to stay healthy.

3. There will also be bus service from Ngee Ann to Gombak stadium on Sat. Same time, Same place.

4. Those who have not submitted your indemity form, please do so latest by friday to LINDI or HUIXIN or FELICIA. Failure to do so will not be allowed to stay overnight in school on saturday.

5. Last but not least, those who have not paid for the IVP attires ($45), please do so by saturday LATEST. The $20 refund will be given back to you all after the last person has paid the money. THANKS!

We train as a team,
We fight as a team
Eventually, we'll win as a team!

JIA YOU !!!
NP TRACK WOOSH WOOSH WOOSH! :D

With love,

As advised by SAA, the changes are:
1. Men 110mH & Women 100mH: There are less than 8 entries for both events, we will run the final on Day 1 as per the time scheduled for heats originally. This is to provide sufficient rest time for the athletes running 200m heats & final.

2. Women 4x100m Relay There are only 8 entries. Hence, there will not be any heat for this event and final will be held on Day 3 as per originally scheduled.

3. Starting & Progressive Heights for Vertical Jump Events as follow:
Events

High Jump (Women)
Practice Heights: 1.10M & 1.40M
Starting Heights: 1.20m

Height increment of 5cm to 1.80M, after which increment of 3cm.

High Jump (Men)
Practice Heights: 1.40M & 1.60M
Starting Heights: 1.45M

Height increment of 5cm to 1.40M, after which increment of 3cm. Notes:

1. All events have to report 30min before the event start.
a. Field events will report to different location directly. b. Track events will report to call room.

2. For events that require 2 heats, the first 2 placing of each heat and the fastest 4 losers shall qualify for the finals. For events that require 3 heats, the first 2 placing of each heat and the fastest 2 losers shall qualify for the finals.

3. Substitution form has to be completed and submit to Call Room 45min before the event.

4. Declaration form has to be completed and submit to Call Room whenever the team reports for their event. This applies even if the team has the same line-up in both the heats and finals.
