Our club consists of 70 athletes currently. Our events range from short distances to long distances and field events. We have trainings twice a week which increases as we approach the competition season. We compete mainly in the IVP (Inter-Varsity Polytechnic) Games & the POL-ITE Games. Track and Field Club is all about perseverance and determination. Every NP athlete trains as a team, fights as a team and eventually wins as a team. Furthermore, we want to nurture our members to be able to do ordinary work extraordinary, always go beyond whats expected and adding integrity to every action.

Revamped!
Monday, December 14, 2009

Hello people, i took the liberty to change the whole blog layout.
It looks neater, i think. I have even included a search engine for the site for easy browsing. Now all i need is an updated photo of the whole track team and the site is complete, but that can wait one more week.

For now, all the best and good luck for the CTs!

Hello trackers,
there won't be training this week cause of the common tests.
Training will resume on the 20th December, the week after the CTs, which is also the holiday week. Those who want to train this week, feel free to ask Ashley or Shuan for the workout.
