Top Polytechnic for IVP (Institute Varsity Polytechnic) Games 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2nd in 2009.

Our club consists of 70 athletes currently. Our events range from short distances to long distances and field events. We have trainings twice a week which increases as we approach the competition season. We compete mainly in the IVP (Inter-Varsity Polytechnic) Games & the POL-ITE Games. Track and Field Club is all about perseverance and determination. Every NP athlete trains as a team, fights as a team and eventually wins as a team. Furthermore, we want to nurture our members to be able to do ordinary work extraordinary, always go beyond whats expected and adding integrity to every action.

2nd All Comers Meet

2nd All Comers Meet is here! It will be on the 14th and 15th of Feb.
Events on 14th Feb will be
200m for men and women,
shotput for women,
long jump for men and discus for men.

Events on 15th Feb will be
400m hurdles for men and women,
800m for men and women and
5000m for men and women.

Hi people. There is a track event on this coming Saturday, it is the 58th SAA CROSS COUNTRY Championships 2009. Besides people from the long-distance, anyone from the track&field club can also register for the race.
