Top Polytechnic for IVP (Institute Varsity Polytechnic) Games 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2nd in 2009.

Our club consists of 70 athletes currently. Our events range from short distances to long distances and field events. We have trainings twice a week which increases as we approach the competition season. We compete mainly in the IVP (Inter-Varsity Polytechnic) Games & the POL-ITE Games. Track and Field Club is all about perseverance and determination. Every NP athlete trains as a team, fights as a team and eventually wins as a team. Furthermore, we want to nurture our members to be able to do ordinary work extraordinary, always go beyond whats expected and adding integrity to every action.

HELLO guys and gurls!!!

This friday will be the last time you can take a look at the samples. We'll be returning them on sat already. For those who've missed out mon's and wed's training and you're unsure about ur sizes, you guys should come down and take a look at the samples to gauge yarh. We need all ur sizes by THIS FRIDAY! If we dont recieve it by friday, we'll take it as you dont want it uh.

Please please, i hope you guys can co-operate with us okays. I notice most of you have given me these information. If you wanner change your sizes, you can still do it before friday. The prices are yet to be confirmed. Once finalise, we'll let all of you know all the details. Thanks for being so understanding. =)

Oh yarh and one more thing, IVP is just a month away. Please train hard and at the same time do take good care of yourself yupp. If you feel that you've pulled your muscles or you're not feeling very well, please inform the coach. This is a very crucial period for all of us now. We cant afford to get any injuries. After IVP, you can break your legs or your arms, its alright. Whatever it is, just not during these 2 months okay.

I hope you guys can have a good rest and prepare yourself for friday's training. For those who have gort injuries, do take care and recover SOON. Lets all JIA YOU and train hard together. We're a team remember. Stay STRONG people!
