Top Polytechnic for IVP (Institute Varsity Polytechnic) Games 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2nd in 2009.

Our club consists of 70 athletes currently. Our events range from short distances to long distances and field events. We have trainings twice a week which increases as we approach the competition season. We compete mainly in the IVP (Inter-Varsity Polytechnic) Games & the POL-ITE Games. Track and Field Club is all about perseverance and determination. Every NP athlete trains as a team, fights as a team and eventually wins as a team. Furthermore, we want to nurture our members to be able to do ordinary work extraordinary, always go beyond whats expected and adding integrity to every action.

HEY HEY!! Uu Uu!! MY DEAR NP TRACK&FIELD FAMILY!!
PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING DATES FOR THE SELECTION OF EACH EVENT.

**SELECTION DATES**
17 SEPT 07 - 100m, 1500m, 5000m, Triple Jump
19 SEPT 07 - 200m, 800m, 3000m Steeple Chase, High Jump, Throws
21 SEPT 07 - 400m, 3000m, 10000m, Long Jump

* ALL TRACK & JUMP EVENTS except high jump will be conducted by COACH QI on 17,19,21 SEPT 07.
* FIELD EVENTS will be conducted by Kaymond & Hong Sheng on 19 SEPT 07, WED.
* HIGH JUMP will be conducted by Gabriel on 19 SEPT 07, WED.

Note:
** All events(track/jump/throw) can send ONLY 2 REPRESENTATIVES & 2 RESERVES ONLY.
** Each person(representative or reserve) can participate up to 3 individual events(+ any no. of relays).

Attention:
*** PLEASE CHECK WITH ME(Lindi!) OR ANY OF THE COMMITTEE IF ANY QUERIES.
*** Kaymond & Hong Sheng(Throws), Gabriel(High Jump): PLEASE SUBMIT THE NAMES FOR EACH EVENT TO ME(Lindi!) BY THE END OF THE SELECTION DAY. THANKS!! =D

*** The participants for IVP 07/08 will be submitted to Mr Edmund to SAAA by 22 Sept 07. It would be then finalised.
