Top Polytechnic for IVP (Institute Varsity Polytechnic) Games 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2nd in 2009.

Our club consists of 70 athletes currently. Our events range from short distances to long distances and field events. We have trainings twice a week which increases as we approach the competition season. We compete mainly in the IVP (Inter-Varsity Polytechnic) Games & the POL-ITE Games. Track and Field Club is all about perseverance and determination. Every NP athlete trains as a team, fights as a team and eventually wins as a team. Furthermore, we want to nurture our members to be able to do ordinary work extraordinary, always go beyond whats expected and adding integrity to every action.

This coming friday will be the last training for the Freshies(sorry to be using the term... cant think of anything else... haha) It will be as usual...

Also for those who wants to join us for our saturday training this week... it will be 9am at the track... feel free to join us... training will be relaxing... ( cant guarantee u how the workout will be like =) )

NEXT WEEK ONWARDS! TRAINING DAYS WILL BE TUESDAY THURSDAY SATURDAY... SAME TIME SAME ATTIRE! =)
