Top Polytechnic for IVP (Institute Varsity Polytechnic) Games 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2nd in 2009.

Our club consists of 70 athletes currently. Our events range from short distances to long distances and field events. We have trainings twice a week which increases as we approach the competition season. We compete mainly in the IVP (Inter-Varsity Polytechnic) Games & the POL-ITE Games. Track and Field Club is all about perseverance and determination. Every NP athlete trains as a team, fights as a team and eventually wins as a team. Furthermore, we want to nurture our members to be able to do ordinary work extraordinary, always go beyond whats expected and adding integrity to every action.

Training Schedules for 1th and 3rd September

Updates for training dates. Here are the schedules. Some changes are made as some of you know already. Just in case many have missed the announcement, please spread the message around. Thank you.

Monday 1th September 2008 and Wednesday 3rd Spetember 2008
(afternoon session)
To reach the club house at 2.30pm. Bus will be there to pick up the equipments and of course us at 2.45pm. Don't be late, we wait for the bus not the bus wait for us. =)
Coach Qi will be present. We will be training at Bishan Stadium, transportation to and fro. Don't be late as we have fixed the time for the bus to come and pick us up.

(evening session)
Same as last week. To start at 6.00pm sharp. Training will be held in school, do train carefully.Coach Er will be present.
