Top Polytechnic for IVP (Institute Varsity Polytechnic) Games 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2nd in 2009.

Our club consists of 70 athletes currently. Our events range from short distances to long distances and field events. We have trainings twice a week which increases as we approach the competition season. We compete mainly in the IVP (Inter-Varsity Polytechnic) Games & the POL-ITE Games. Track and Field Club is all about perseverance and determination. Every NP athlete trains as a team, fights as a team and eventually wins as a team. Furthermore, we want to nurture our members to be able to do ordinary work extraordinary, always go beyond whats expected and adding integrity to every action.

Singapore 2010 Youth Olympic Games (YOG)

Dear Track and Field members,





The Singapore 2010 Youth Olympic Games (YOG) logo will be unveiled at CAN! on Sat, 10 January 2009, 2pm onwards, at SMU Campus. There will be lots of events going on and our club is the only club that could attend the event below and take part in the run.





CAN! Run - a non-competitive 2010-metre run in the heart of Singapore featuring 2010 runners in support of YOG. The first 2010 runners to register will receive a limited edition CAN! T-shirt and certificate. The run can accommodate up to 80 runners per organisation. Organisations with 50 runners or more will also receive a certificate of appreciation and be listed as a supporter on the CAN! website.





The managing committee will warmly invite you to participate in CAN(as above) us a whole club! Please give me a reply by thurs night before 1200am. Once again its a rare opportunity for the club and i hope we can represent our club and school as one(: Wishing you a Happy New Year!
